This is a certified Banco Central de Venezuela 50,000 Bolivares 2005 specimen note, attributed as P-87as and graded PMG 67.
The face carries Portrait of Jose Maria Vargas, with University of Venezuela and Coat of Arms Venezuela on the back. Specimen notes like this one were printed for archive and reference use rather than circulation, which makes surviving examples far scarcer than their issued counterparts, and PMG has certified only a small number of this issue. A difficult note to replace once it settles into a collection.
