This is a certified Banco Central de Venezuela 100 Bolivares 2008 specimen note, attributed as P-93bs and graded PMG 67 GU, with no examples certified in a higher grade.
The face carries Simon Bolivar, with Red Siskin and El Avila National Park on the back. Specimen notes like this one were printed for archive and reference use rather than circulation, which makes surviving examples far scarcer than their issued counterparts, and PMG has certified only a small number of this issue.
