This is a certified Banco Central de Venezuela 100,000 Bolivares 2017 specimen note, attributed as P-100as and graded PMG 66 GU.
The face carries Simon Bolivar, with Red Siskin and Mountains on the back. Specimen notes like this one were printed for archive and reference use rather than circulation, which makes surviving examples far scarcer than their issued counterparts, and PMG has certified only a small number of this issue. A difficult note to replace once it settles into a collection.
