This is a certified Banco Central de Venezuela 1000 Bolivares 1991 specimen note, attributed as P-73s1 and graded PMG 66 GU.
The face carries Portrait of Simon Bolivar, with Engraving of the Painting "Firma del Acta de Independencia" on the back. Specimen notes like this one were printed for archive and reference use rather than circulation, which makes surviving examples far scarcer than their issued counterparts, and PMG has certified only a small number of this issue. One of the quieter rarities in the Venezuelan series.
