This is a certified Banco Central de Venezuela 10 Bolivares 1976 specimen note, attributed as P-51s2 and graded PMG 58.
The face carries Portrait of Simon Bolivar and Marshal of Ayacucho, with Monument to Carabobo on the back. Specimen notes like this one were printed for archive and reference use rather than circulation, which makes surviving examples far scarcer than their issued counterparts, and PMG has certified only a small number of this issue. One of the quieter rarities in the Venezuelan series.
