This is a certified Banco Central de Venezuela 100 Bolivares 1998 specimen note, attributed as P-66gs and graded PMG 67, the finest example PMG has certified for this issue.
The face carries Simon Bolivar in Painting, with National Capital and Venezuelan Coat of Arms on the back. Specimen notes like this one were printed for archive and reference use rather than circulation, which makes surviving examples far scarcer than their issued counterparts, and PMG has certified only a small number of this issue. A difficult note to replace once it settles into a collection.
