This is a certified Banco Central de Venezuela 5 Bolivares 2013 specimen note, attributed as P-89es and graded PMG 64 CU.
The face carries Portrait of Pedro Camejo, with Two Giant Armadillos and Coat of Arms of Venezuela on the back. Specimen notes like this one were printed for archive and reference use rather than circulation, which makes surviving examples far scarcer than their issued counterparts, and PMG has certified only a small number of this issue. A difficult note to replace once it settles into a collection.
