This is a certified Banco Central de Venezuela 5 Bolivar Soberano 2018 specimen note, attributed as P-102as and graded PMG 67.
The face carries Portrait of Jose Felix Ribas, with Coat of Arms of Venezuela and Henri Pittier National Park on the back. Specimen notes like this one were printed for archive and reference use rather than circulation, which makes surviving examples far scarcer than their issued counterparts, and PMG has certified only a small number of this issue. One of the quieter rarities in the Venezuelan series.
