Die polish lines within the upper-right quadrant of the 0 are diagnostic of this so-called overdate. The coin is fully struck, with the raised design elements covered in a layer of mint frost surrounded by deeply reflective, mirrorlike fields. A few blushes of pale golden color complement the largely brilliant surfaces.
