Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing & Domestic Shipping (United States) We pride ourselves on our extremely fast shipping. All orders are processed promptly to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.
We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to addresses within the United States. Most domestic orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
2. International Shipping, Tariffs, and Customs We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that some products may have restrictions and cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.
Important Notice for International Customers: You, the buyer, are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs imposed by your country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend you check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Planet Banknote is not responsible for these charges.
3. Shipping Estimates When you place an order, any shipping and delivery date estimates are based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping rates for many items are weight-based and will be rounded up to the next full pound to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use.
Return & Refund Policy
1. Our 7-Day Return Policy We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Due to market volatility and the nature of the items, certain products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These exceptions include:

All Bullion Items (e.g., gold, silver, platinum products whose value is primarily based on their metal content).

All Items Won at Auction.

3. Eligibility for a Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unaltered, undamaged, and in its original packaging, holder, or slab. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
4. How to Start a Return

Contact Us First: To initiate a return, you must contact us at admin@planetbanknote.com or call us at (888) 996-COIN (2646).

Wait for Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Ship Your Item: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges & Refunds
1. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
2. Refunds We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
