Due to market volatility and the nature of the items, certain products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These exceptions include:

• All Items Won at Auction.

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
